General Consultation:
Meet with the coach to identify where you are now and what you need to further your abilities as a cyclist.
Price: $60 per hour (one hour minimum)
Riding Plans:
Written training plan with structured mileage and intensity recommendations that progress along the way as you improve.
Price: $60 per monthly plan (two months minimum); $60 per hour for associated consultations
Ride with the Coach:
Go for an hour long ride with Coach Mirko to learn and improve on your cycling technique, or for individualized motivation if you need help following your recommended riding plan.
Price: $100 for the first hour then $60 for each additional hour
Strength Training Plans
Written weight training instructions with specific weekly exercise, weight, rep and set recommendations.
Price: $60 per monthly plan (2 month minimum); $60 per hour for associated consultations
Weight Lifting Techniques
Meet with Coach Mirko in the gym or at our training facility to learn how to properly perform the recommended weight lifting exercises.
Price: $100 for the first hour then $60 for each additional hour
Bike Fit
Bring your bike to meet with Coach Mirko for measurement collection and bike adjustments to suit your body and style.
Price: $60 per hour (one hour minimum); $30 per additional bike if you own more than one
